…In Perfect Harmony
I’d like to teach the world to sing…. I love how that famous Coca Cola commercial was the fade out of the television series Mad Men. What a symbolic way of illustrating a character’s cycle of decadence and self-destruction, only to find himself in 7 seasons of self-discovery, and ultimately, self-acceptance and wholeness.
When I was about 6 years old, my sister Tina sat me on our bed. She went over to the record player and pulled out her treasured Fleetwood Mac Rumors album. I can still hear the crackle of the needle hitting vinyl and the rotation of the turntable. She sat down next to me and said, “Let’s sing harmonies.” Tina was 14 and my idol. I followed her everywhere and she was okay with it. Until she wasn’t. And then she would tell me to stay in a certain space for her to return. I would wait for awhile and then I’d run off to play. She was the best big sister for me. I’m the lucky one. She told me to sing along to her singing along with Stevie, Christine, Lindsey, John and Mick. Those people on the MANY posters hanging up on our bedroom wall. Tina had a husky, soulful singing voice and could belt. My little voice tried to mimic hers as she sang along with Gold Dust Woman and The Chain, and every other song on that iconic album. Imagine how weird it was when I learned the lyrics to Oh Daddy and sang that song to my Dad. He loved music and singing, too, so I’m sure he was amused. These musical experiences with her ultimately led to her purchasing me my first guitar when I was 13 and I have since gone on playing and singing for over 30 years.
Harmony is a theme in my life. From how I like to create consensus and harmony at work, in my community, amongst my family and friends, even recently when someone followed and assaulted me; after the fact, I attempted to counsel him on his behavior. If you follow astrology, I have Libra Rising. Maybe that’s a part of it? Whatever the reason, I love harmony.
Throughout the early part of My Fake TwinFlame Journey, I was a student of anything I could find about Twin Flames and it ultimately brought me to the legendary #TwinFlames Guide, Liora. Liora’s YouTube Channel became a safe place for me and it felt like home. It taught me new ways of seeing old stuff from previous spiritual growth spurts, and it helped me better see the impact of our individual energetic vibration and what note and chord it shapes when harmonizing with other people’s vibrations. But it all didn’t fit into place right away. I went on to other content and teachings for a few years only to find myself back at Liora’s You Tube channel. Revisiting topics of energetic harmony, how to raise our personal vibration to elevate the collective consciousness- you know all that stuff you talk about at Thanksgiving dinner.

Bonus! Liora is on Spotify -beautiful music to elevate your vibes.
