This is not intended to make anyone feel less than successful In fact, I applaud you for your tenacity. There is something inside of you that this resonates with, but there is resistance or you lose yourself along the way, and then you come back and think… “what the f&ck!?!”
If this sounds like you…You’re my people! If you read about me, you will know that I have lived in the spiritual/new age world for as long as I can remember. Mindset and mindfulness management was and can be challenging for me, too. My advice: Don’t Give Up! Persistence and Consistency are the key. That’s why I’m here with content and community.
